We began with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are a family business, so if something is not right with a unit, the responsibility is ours, and we correct it that same day.

I track every delivery on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we tell you Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we mean. If anything changes, I phone you before you ever need to phone us.

What kind of spot do you need for delivery?

Flat, solid ground that a service truck can reach, with no low-hanging wires and away from any active digging.

What happens during the weekly service visit?

We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

How frequently do units get serviced?

Every rental comes with one service visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can schedule an additional weekly visit.

How much lead time do I need for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks ahead works well for spring and summer weekends. Book earlier if a holiday weekend is involved.

Are ADA-accessible units available?

Yes. Our ADA-accessible units feature step-free entry, an oversized door, grab bars, and sufficient interior space for wheelchair maneuverability.
